I am a learning experience designer who specializes in media design and production. I believe learning experiences should be user focused and viewed as an iterative process.
I’ve been fortunate to develop, implement and manage learning experiences for more than 4,000 employees resulting in 40,000 hours of learning. Using the digital tools available I’m able to streamline processes, maintain compliance, and increase employee productivity all while tracking learner analytics in an LMS.
I hold an E-Learning Design Certification from ATD with over 15 years of experience in media production. I’m fortunate to work with a variety of clients on diverse projects. When I’m not working you can expect to find me enjoying the outdoors.
